RETURNS
We have a strict return policy as every item becomes available after much preparation of being washed, lint removed, ironed, measured, repaired if needed and photographed.
We accept returns only if your item differs from stated measurements or condition, however it does not apply to a change of mind. We will offer you a shop credit which is equivalent to the price of item, but it does not include shipping fee.
A request of return must be emailed to vintagelandnz@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item. And your item needs to be sent back to us within 2 days since your request submitted. Please add a tracking service as we are not responsible for lost in transit. Your item must to be in original package and condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and unironed.
If your return meets the condition, it will be processed within 5 business days.
